Quotations, estimates and availability are subject to confirmation following discussion, survey or inspection where appropriate.
Online enquiries, website forms and messages do not constitute confirmed appointments until accepted directly by Bay Plumbing & Heating.

Cancellation & Missed Appointments
Bay Plumbing & Heating kindly asks customers to provide at least 24 hours notice where possible if an appointment needs to be cancelled or rearranged.
Appointments cancelled at very short notice, or missed appointments where no reasonable effort has been made to inform the business, may be charged a £45 missed appointment fee to help cover lost time and travel costs.
Genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of the business.
Access & Attendance
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property, boiler, meters and relevant appliances at the time of attendance.
In some situations, work may need to be delayed or rescheduled if safe access cannot be provided.
Diagnostic & Fault-Finding Work
Boiler faults and heating system issues can sometimes have multiple potential causes.
A diagnostic visit or fault code does not guarantee that the exact failed component can be identified immediately without further testing or investigation.
Recommendations are based on information available at the time of inspection.

Any workmanship guarantee offered by Bay Plumbing & Heating applies only to work directly carried out by the business and does not override manufacturer policies or cover unrelated faults, pre-existing defects or customer damage.
